MAREY Hand Blown Mexican Drinking Glasses Artisan Crafted from Mexico Set of 6 pieces (Amber Rim, Water 16 Oz.)

These pieces have followed a process of recycling from being any type of glass like a broken bottle of tequila or beer, then it has been cleaned. After cleaning the broken glass it goes to the industrial oven to be melted at 1,300 ºC or 2,372 ºF. So when it is ready to take shape the artisan uses his tools mainly a cane or rod which he uses to blow the glass and give it the desired shape. When it is ready the artisan takes the piece to a tunnel to follow the process of tempering so it is resistant to changes of temperature.
