How it works: Place the straight bars parallel to each other, top with the forearms and hands and hold the bars tightly pressed against the upper body in front of or behind the shoulders. Place the feet on the treads and gradually move the stilts forward evenly one after the other through synchronised movements of the arms and legs. If you lose balance or stumble, a quick jump is possible to prevent a fall.
